The teacher Ritu  Devi with a student

We wish to express our gratitude to PROJECT AWAKEN and to LOTUS RITUAL for the donation received for the empowerment of women. Fund collection for this donation was carried out with the collaboration of  both associations.

Kunsang Jakairs and Sol Deva Nita designed an interesting online course of “Godesses, Dakinis and Yoguinis” part of the sums collected was donated to Akshy for the Sewing Project and also for food.

Pattern making

The sewing classes have two groups who come each day. The dressmaking course  lasts for 6 months and students learn to sew basic useful garments for their families or to help them set up small businesses as other former students have done.
