We organize a variety of talks in the hamlets around Bodghaya to inform the Dalit community on:
- The different programmes which the Indian Government offer for the development of rural areas. We help them with bureaucratic issues when they apply for assistance such as disabled or widows´ pensions, birth certificates, etc.
- We inform them of the amounts of food they should receive from the Government with their ration cards when they belong to the sector below the poverty line since, through their own ignorance, they are cheated continually.
- We hold talks on Human Rights, highlighting the problems they face due to their caste condition and where they can find help.
- Talks on the reality of Forced Labour in India into which many fathers of our pupils have been trapped as a result of their poverty and the money they owe to the lenders.
